目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子、上皮性钙黏蛋白和基质金属蛋白酶在乳腺肿瘤中的表达情况,研究其在乳腺肿瘤发生、发展中的生物学意义并观察其与乳腺肿瘤浸润及转移的内在关系。方法:本研究采用免疫组织化学技术SP法,对乳腺纤维腺瘤、乳腺导管内原位肿瘤、乳腺浸润性导管肿瘤组织中上述3个指标的表达情况进行对比观察。结果:血管内皮生长因子、上皮性钙黏蛋白和基质金属蛋白酶在各组中的阳性表达比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺肿瘤组织中上皮性钙黏蛋白阳性表达率下降或者血管内皮生长因子和基质金属蛋白酶阳性表达率升高,提示乳腺肿瘤的浸润和转移能力增强;联合检测有助于乳腺肿瘤的早期诊断和预后判断。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor, epithelial cadherin and matrix metalloproteinase in breast neoplasms, and to study their biological significance in the occurrence and development of breast neoplasms and to observe their relationship with the infiltration and metastasis of breast neoplasms . Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used in this study to observe the expression of these three indexes in breast fibroadenoma, ductal carcinoma in situ and breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Results: The positive expression of vascular endothelial growth factor, epithelial cadherin and matrix metalloproteinase in each group were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The positive expression rate of E-cadherin in breast neoplasms is decreased or the positive rate of VEGF and MMP-2 is increased, which indicates that the infiltration and metastasis of breast neoplasm are enhanced. Combined detection is helpful for the early diagnosis of breast neoplasm And prognosis.
