猴年伴着爆竹声声悄然走来。岁岁年年花相似,今岁却感景不同。这“新景”纷至沓来,颇有看点。步入2004年,我们欣喜地看到,从今年1月1日起,包括保障职工权益的《工伤保险条例》在内的51部国家级法律法规施行。品嚼每一部法律法规,看得出立法为民理念,彰显出人文关怀色彩,每个公民的权益愈来愈受到确认和保障。
