In order to implement the “Administrative Permission Law” and improve the level of law enforcement in urban planning administration, according to the 2004 training plan of the Ministry of Construction, China Association of Urban Planning held a seminar on studying and implementing the “Administrative Licensing Law” in Xi’an from June 11 to June 17 Training class. The seminar invites relevant leaders and experts on the significance of the implementation of the Administrative Licensing Law and the contents and procedures of urban planning administrative licensing.
