政治部类是新编地方志的一个重要组成部分,是志书政治性、思想性的集中表现。一部志书质量的高低,首先是政治质量。当然,志书的政治质量,不仅表现在志书政治部类的质量,它还应该体现在整部志书的各个部类和各个方面。但必须看到,志书的政治质龄首先表现在政治部类。因此,能否编好政治部类,直接影响到一部志书质量的高低。
