本文采用SAP5大型程序对630/400吨双动液压机的预紧组合机身进行了分析。并根据迭加原理,提出了与实际工况相近的预紧状态及工作状态的机身空间有限元分析模型。研究了: 1·横梁与立柱接触面情况,拉杆预紧系数的合理值; 2·机身各组成板特征方向的相对变形规律; 3·各组成板的应力分布规律及危险应力位置。还给出了一些材料力学及平面有限元法无法求得的结果,并对机身结构提出了改进意见。
In this paper, SAP5 large program on the 630/400 tons of double-action hydraulic preload combination fuselage were analyzed. According to the principle of superposition, the finite element analysis model of the fuselage space is proposed, which is similar to the actual working condition and the pre-tensioned state and the working state. Studied: 1. The contact surface between the beam and the column, the reasonable value of the prestress coefficient of the tie rod; 2. The relative deformation rules of the characteristic direction of each panel of the fuselage; 3. The stress distribution and dangerous stress position of each panel. Some results of material mechanics and plane finite element method can not be obtained, and some suggestions for improvement of fuselage structure are also given.
