本文借助光学显微镜、透射电镜(TEM)分析了HT20-40灰铸铁经激光处理后硬化带中显微组织的特征,并进行了快速磨损试验,探讨显微组织与耐磨性的关系。实验结果表明,HT20-40经激光熔化处理后表层组织为树枝状马氏体(M)、残余奥氏体(A′)+树枝间变态菜氏体(M+A′+Fe_3C);经激光不熔化处理后表层组织为马氏体针团+A′+G(石墨)。激光处理后耐磨性显著提高。
In this paper, the microstructures of HT20-40 gray cast iron after laser treatment were analyzed by optical microscope and transmission electron microscope (TEM), and the wear test was carried out to investigate the relationship between microstructure and wear resistance. The experimental results show that the surface layer of dendritic martensite (M), residual austenite (A ’) + dendritic intergranular metamorphosis (M + A’ + Fe_3C) The surface texture after martensitic treatment is martensite + A ’+ G (graphite). After laser treatment wear resistance increased significantly.
