西北机器厂,座落在陕西省八百里秦川中部依傍渭水的蔡家坡。1940年,官僚资本家孔祥熙为了给其在陕甘地区的纺织业修造纺纱机械,修建了这个西北地区唯一的机器制造工厂。解放后收归人民所有。三十余年来,它已由原来简陋、破旧的小厂发展成为我国电子工业专用设备的主要生产厂家之一。 (一) 建国以来,我厂为发展我国的纺织工业、电子工业、以及其它行业做出了显著的贡献。
