本文基于现阶段我国政府信息化程度的不断提高和电子政务建设的快速发展,为很好的推进政府信息资源的开发利用和电子政务有条不紊、持续健康的发展,提出了引入和建立政府首席信息官制度是解决上述问题的明智之举。
Based on the continuous improvement of government informatization and the rapid development of e-government construction in our country at present, in order to promote the development and utilization of government information resources and the sustainable and healthy development of e-government, we propose to introduce and establish the Chief Information Officer System is a wise move to solve the above problems.
