用病毒分离提纯技术及血清学制备技术对甜菜黑色焦枯病毒进行生物学及血清学研究，探讨制备高效价抗血清的有关技术问题，本次试验中抗血清效价测定为1：512，用已知纯度BBSV做免疫电镜观察证明抗血清效果良好。
Using virus separation and purification technology and serological preparation technology, the beet blackfat virus was studied in biology and serology, and the technical problems of preparation of high titer antiserum were discussed.
