社区图书馆是城市住宅生活的精神食粮,是社区内传递实用信息,培育社区文化,促进社区居民和谐共处的重要载体。但目前国内社区图书馆所面临的现状和困境,需从以下几方面加以解决,以保证社区图书馆各项功能的实施:政府投入为主,社会力量为辅;提高社区图书馆管理人员业务素质水平;借鉴先进经验,提高社区图书馆管理水平;加强对社区居民文化需求特点的现状调查;拓展社区图书馆的延伸服务;充分利用各项资源,打破经费和人力资源瓶颈;满足网络时代对社区图书馆建设的新要求。
Community library is the spiritual food for urban residential life and an important carrier in the community to transmit practical information, cultivate community culture and promote the harmonious coexistence among community residents. However, at present, the status quo and difficulties faced by domestic community libraries need to be solved in the following aspects in order to ensure the implementation of various functions of community libraries: mainly by government investment and supplemented by social forces; and to improve the operational quality of community library managers Level; draw on advanced experience, improve community library management level; strengthen the cultural needs of community residents demand characteristics of the status quo; expand community library extension services; make full use of resources to break the bottleneck of funding and human resources; to meet the network era of community New Requirements for Library Construction.
