目的观察Balb/c小鼠病毒性心肌炎心肌组织组织蛋白酶L(cathepsinL)的表达及意义。方法CVB3m(Nancy株)病毒感染Balb/c小鼠建立病毒性心肌炎实验模型,采用免疫组化和RT-PCR技术,检测小鼠心肌组织中不同时点(正常和感染后第3、7、15、30天)cathepsinL的表达。结果免疫组化与RT-PCR结果显示,感染CVB3m后小鼠心肌组织中cathepsinL的表达随感染时间的延长,呈上升趋势,至30d表达最高,各时点cathepsinL的表达水平与正常小鼠比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论cathepsinL在Balb/c小鼠CVB3病毒性心肌炎的发生发展起一定作用。
Objective To observe the expression and significance of cathepsin L in myocardium of Balb / c mice with viral myocarditis. Methods CVB3m (Nancy strain) was used to infect Balb / c mice to establish the experimental model of viral myocarditis. Immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR were used to detect the myocardial tissue at different time points (normal and post infection 3,7,7,15 , 30 days) cathepsinL expression. Results The results of immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR showed that the expression of cathepsinL in myocardium of mice increased with the prolongation of infection time and reached the highest level at 30 days after CVB3m infection. The expression of cathepsinL at each time point was significantly lower than that of normal mice There was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion cathepsinL plays a role in the occurrence and development of CVB3 viral myocarditis in Balb / c mice.
