块石胶结充填对降低废物排放,控制深部地压具有重要的环保和安全意义,研究分析充填体破环过程主要破坏材料有利于指导矿山充填。借助室内单轴抗压试验,在FFT频谱分析的基础上,根据块石胶结充填体各组成材料的声发射频谱图,得到各组成材料的振幅范围;将组成材料破坏全过程AE仪采集到的峰值频率划分为8个频段并利用物理统计方法对频谱特征进行分析,得到了各组成材料主频、次主频的范围以及峰频比。结果表明,因各组成材料的峰频比值不尽相同,具有一定的代表性,所以将其分析对比后,可作为辨别块石胶结充填体中主要破坏材料的参考依据。
Block-stone cementation filling has important environmental protection and safety significance for reducing waste discharge and controlling deep ground pressure. It is very important to study and analyze the main destructive materials in the process of disintegration of filling body to guide the mine filling. Based on the spectrum analysis of the FFT, the amplitude range of each component was obtained based on the spectrum analysis of the single-axis compression test, and the acoustic emission spectrum of each component of the block cemented filler was obtained. The peak frequency is divided into 8 frequency bands and the spectral characteristics are analyzed by physical statistics. The main frequency, sub-frequency range and peak-to-peak frequency of each component are obtained. The results show that, because the peak-to-peak ratio of each component is not the same and has a certain representation, it can be used as a reference to identify the main destructive materials in the block cement cements.
