主要技术经济指标的确定是特高压线路投标工作的重点,但指标调整耗时费力、效率低下,不利于投标工作的深入和创新。本文拟从输电线路工程造价的诸多影响因素中识别出影响投标报价的主要技术指标,结合特高压线路工程实例,基于单因素敏感性分析方法,就主要技术指标对造价指标的影响程度进行数据分析,得出敏感性关键指标、计算敏感度系数,简化技术指标与造价指标的数值关系,达到定量调整关键指标即可满足造价指标的快速合理调整,为今后特高压线路投标工作提供参考和依据。
The main technical and economic indicators to determine the UHV line bidding is the focus of work, but the index adjustment time-consuming and inefficient, is not conducive to in-depth and innovative bidding. This paper intends to identify the main technical indicators that affect bidding from the many factors that affect the construction cost of transmission lines. Based on the case of UHV transmission lines and based on the single-factor sensitivity analysis, this paper analyzes the impact of the main technical indicators on the cost indices , Get the key sensitivity index, calculate the sensitivity coefficient, and simplify the numerical relationship between the technical index and the cost index. So that the quantitative adjustment of the key index can meet the rapid and reasonable adjustment of the cost index, which will provide references and basis for the future bidding of the UHV transmission line.
