After reading the article “About Several Economic Issues of Railway Water Supply” in Comrade Wan Bangyan’s second issue of 1979, I would like to talk about my views and discuss it with Comrade Wan Bangyan. The issue of railway water supply economy is a subject worthy of study. Comrade Wan Bangyan has done a lot of work in this area.
