临沂市民中心项目采用框架-剪力墙结构,存在扭转不规则、楼板局部不连续、凹凸不规则、侧向刚度不规则,属于复杂超限高层建筑。结构的抗震设计依据安评报告和规范的对比结果即小震取较不利情况,中、大震取抗规参数乘以小震下安评与规范加速度比值,同时对主体结构进行小震弹性、中震不屈服、大震弹塑性分析。结合楼板应力分析结果,针对性地采取楼板加强措施,重点阐述了边跨或中部单跨框架、收进部位周边竖向构件的相应处理措施。
