目的 研究月经失调遗传易感性。方法 对某纺织厂 499名新婚女工进行健康调查 ;用PCR 限制性片段长度多态性 (PCR RFLP)检测PON2基因型 ,采用Logistic回归分析评价PON2基因遗传多态性与月经周期过长的关系。结果 在未调整环境因素条件下 ,PON2A148G杂合子基因型有增加月经周期过长危险度的趋势 ,但差异无显著性 ,而A148A纯合子基因型可明显增加月经周期过长危险度(A148G :OR =2 33,95 %CI 0 6 2~ 3 83;A148A :OR =6 15 ,95 %CI 1 86~ 2 0 37)。调整潜在影响因素后 ,A148G杂合子基因型差异无显著性 ,而A148A纯合子基因型仍可明显增加月经周期过长危险度 (A148G :OR =2 45 ,95 %CI0 6 8~ 8 83;A148A :OR =6 2 4,95 %CI 1 91~ 2 0 38)。结论 PON2基因遗传多态性与月经周期过长相关。
Objective To study the genetic susceptibility to menstrual disorders. Methods The health survey of 499 newlywed women in a textile factory was conducted. The genotypes of PON2 were detected by PCR restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR RFLP). Logistic regression analysis was used to evaluate the relationship between PON2 genetic polymorphism and long menstrual cycle. Results Without adjusting environmental factors, PON2A148G heterozygote genotype had the tendency to increase the risk of long menstrual cycle, but the difference was not significant, while A148A homozygote genotype could significantly increase the risk of long menstrual cycle (A148G: OR = 2 33, 95% CI 0 6 2 ~ 3 83; A148A: OR = 6 15, 95% CI 1 86 ~ 2 0 37). There was no significant difference in the A148G heterozygous genotypes after adjustment for the potential influencing factors, while the A148A homozygote genotype still significantly increased the risk of long menstrual cycle (A148G: OR = 245, 95% CI068-883; A148A : OR = 6 2 4, 95% CI 1 91 ~ 2 0 38). Conclusion The genetic polymorphism of PON2 gene is associated with long menstrual cycle.
