中水协[2009]29号各常务理事、各有关单位:经审核,决定批准李春燕等5771人为中国水利工程协会第九批个人会员(名单见附件)。

All standing directors and relevant units of Association of China Water Resources [2009] No. 29: upon approval, 5771 persons including Li Chunyan were approved as the ninth batch of individual members of China Association of Hydraulic Engineering (see attached list for list).
