本文介绍了一种用带元环状裂纹的元棒拉伸试样测定中强钢的断裂韧度方法。结合测定30Cr2MoV转子用钢的断裂韧度,扼要介绍了测试设备、测试方法、计算方法,并给出此种试样的技术要求。
This paper presents a method for the determination of the fracture toughness of medium strength steels by using metabar tensile specimens with ring-shaped elements. Combined with the determination of the fracture toughness of the steel used in the 30Cr2MoV rotor, the test equipment, test methods and calculation methods are briefly introduced. The technical requirements for such samples are given.
