本文就柴油机曲轴的服役条件,运用金相分析、电镜、常规机械性能、疲劳以及断裂力学等测试技术,评定了四种不同锌造和热处理工艺球铁曲轴的组织和性能。研究结果表明:金属模复砂包外孕育曲轴经正火后综合性能最佳,复砂铸态次之,均超过80-3球铁标准;球铁曲轴表面的铸造缺陷严重影响其疲劳寿命。对于断裂力学参数在球铁材料研究上的应用也进行了摸索和探讨。
In this paper, the service conditions of diesel engine crankshaft, the use of metallographic analysis, electron microscopy, conventional mechanical properties, fatigue and fracture mechanics and other testing techniques to assess the four different zinc and heat treatment process ductile iron crankshaft organization and performance. The results show that the best performance of the crankshaft after normalizing is obtained by the mold compound sand casting, and the secondary performance of the composite sand casting exceeds the standard of 80-3 ductile iron. The casting defects on the surface of the ductile iron crankshaft seriously affect the fatigue life. The application of fracture mechanics parameters in the research of ductile iron is also explored and discussed.
