软氮化能使工具和机械零件表面获得具有耐磨、抗腐蚀、抗疲劳等性能的渗层,因而它是国内外十分重视的一种化学热处理工艺。为减少中间工序、改进工艺、提高性能、提高效率,我们从1971年开始,对“分级淬火—软氮化,,复合热处理作了一些试验。先后对高速钢(含碳1.08%的 W6Mo5Cr4V2A1、W18Cr4V)、模具钢(4Cr5SiMoV)及硬质合金(YA6、YT15、510)进行了工艺试验,并用W5Mo5Cr4V2A1 钢制刀具经分级淬火—软氮化处理后进行切削试验,获得一定效果。

The cutting tests were conducted after the steel was hardened and nitrocarburized with W5Mo5Cr4V2A1 steel cutter to obtain a certain effect.
