改革开放以来,我市(哈尔滨市)公路运输虽然取得了显著成就,但仍然面临着设备老化、运输效率低、能源消耗高、结构不合理、管理水平低等严峻现实,经济效益差的状况还没有根本扭转,许多经济技术指标低于全国先进水平。要改变这种状况,就必须依靠科学技术,促进科技成果向生产力的转化,在全市运输行业搞好科技成果的推广应用,向科技成果的推广要效率、要能源、要效益。为此,我市成立了,“道路运输科技情报站”,其宗旨是面向全行业、面向运输企业、面向广大经营者,为全市公路运输技术服务。本文着重介绍一下我市依靠科技情报,振兴维修行业市场的情况。
