对我国审定登记的 5个苏丹草品种 ,应用幼苗叶片过氧化物酶同功酶电泳技术进行品种鉴定。结果表明 ,5个品种过氧化物酶同功酶表现出明显的谱带差异 :首先根据相对迁移率 (Rf)为 0 .834位置酶带的形状将 5个品种划分为 3组。其中 ,新苏 2号和盐池两品种呈连续的条形 ,宁农和乌拉特 1号下方有 1三角形谱带 ,而奇台苏丹草在该谱带左下方有 1圆点。其次 ,新苏 2号和盐池两品种在 Rf为 0 .4 5 5和 0 .4 93位置存在酶带 ,但新苏 2号酶带颜色明显深于盐池。另外 ,宁农和乌拉特 1号相比 ,Rf为 0 .834位置下方的三角形谱带乌拉特 1号居中而宁农偏右 ,可据此进一步区分该 2品种。本研究认为过氧化物酶同功酶是苏丹草品种鉴定的快速有效技术
Five Sudan grass varieties registered in China were identified by peroxidase isoenzyme electrophoresis. The results showed that the five varieties of peroxidase isoenzyme showed obvious band differences: First, according to the relative mobility (Rf) of 0. 834 position of the shape of the enzyme band will be divided into three groups of five species. Among them, the Xin-Su 2 and Yanchi-2 cultivars were in the shape of a continuous bar, with a triangular zone below Ningnong and Wulate 1, while Qitian Sudan grass had 1 spot at the bottom left of the band. Secondly, there were enzyme bands in XFU2 and YANCHI both at 0 455 and 0 4 93 Rf, but the color of Xinsu 2 band was deeper than that in salt pond. In addition, compared with Wulate 1, Ningfang could further differentiate the two cultivars by Rf being the triangle band Wulate 1 at the position of 0.834, and the right of Ningonong. This study argues that peroxidase isoenzyme is a rapid and effective technique for identifying Sudan grass varieties
