随着移动、光纤互联网的快速发展,人类社会进入到了大数据时代,网络舆情发布、接收渠道更多,给网络舆情监管带来挑战。海量的网络舆情信息具有偶发性、相关性、复杂性和快速传播性,传统的舆情监控、预测手段不能实时获取舆情状态,需要充分利用计算机技术构建全面的舆情预测网络,形成一个强大的舆情监控平台,引导网络舆论向着有利社会文明进步的方向发展。本文分析了网络舆情预警的重要性,描述了网络舆情预警中支持向量机应用及存在问题,提出了一种改进的预警策略,提高预警准确度,为互联网舆情管控提供一个较好的工具。
With the rapid development of mobile and optical fiber Internet, the human society has entered the era of big data. The release of network public opinion and reception of more channels have brought challenges to the supervision of online public opinion. Massive network public opinion information has sporadicity, relativity, complexity and rapid dissemination. Traditional public opinion monitoring and forecasting methods can not obtain public opinion state in real time. It is necessary to make full use of computer technology to build a comprehensive public opinion prediction network and form a strong public opinion monitoring Platform, guide the network of public opinion toward a favorable social civilization and progress. This paper analyzes the importance of network public opinion early warning, describes the application of support vector machine in network public opinion early warning and its existing problems, puts forward an improved early warning strategy to improve the accuracy of early warning and provides a better tool for Internet public opinion management.
