苏联标准ГОСТ9178—72规定,对小模数圆柱齿轮及齿轮传动按下列四项精度标准进行检查:运动精度、平稳性精度、接触精度和齿侧间隙精度。为了根据被检齿轮精度对上述各项指标进行检查,可采用下列各种仪器,兹将其中几种作如下介绍。齿轮运动误差检查仪为了检查该参数,齐略宾斯克工具厂生产了几批БВ—5033型量仪,可检查直径40毫米以下的圆柱齿轮。目前该厂正在试制БВ—5083
The Soviet Union standard ГОСТ 9178-72 stipulates that the following four precision standards are checked on the small module spur gears and gear drives: motion accuracy, smoothness accuracy, contact precision and clearance accuracy. In order to inspect the above indexes according to the accuracy of the gear to be tested, the following kinds of instruments can be used, and several of them will be introduced as follows.
