金华市体育场采用多点支撑与前端大拱相结合的形式,两侧落地处通过设置大体积混凝土墩与网壳结构连接。网架支墩为箱形结构,网架的复杂受力传到支墩。为了确保支墩的受力稳定和造价控制,设计与施工时采取了多项新技术的综合应用,如深基坑支护、抗拔抗剪锚杆、大体积混凝土等。其中边坡支护采用放坡加土钉支护,支墩内部填土和蓄水外翼底板用毛石混凝土压重,确保支墩整体和局部受力都满足设计强度及刚度要求。
Jinhua Stadium uses multi-point support and front arch in the form of a combination of both sides of the floor by setting the mass concrete pier with the reticulated shell structure connection. The lattice support is a box-shaped structure, and the complex force of the lattice is transmitted to the support pier. In order to ensure the stability of support pier and cost control, the design and construction has taken a number of integrated application of new technologies such as deep foundation pit support, anti-pull shear anchor, mass concrete and so on. Among them, the side slope support is graded with soil nailing support. The internal filling of impoundment and the outer wing bottom of impoundment are weighed with the rock concrete to ensure that the overall and local stress of the abutment meet the design strength and stiffness requirements.
