“股份制”已经成为当今最时髦的字眼和热门话题,股份制企业犹如雨后春笋,遍布大江南北。但股份制是不是包治百病的良药,企业一“股”就灵呢?为此,我们对中南地区商业巨头——武汉六百集团进行了调查研究。六百集团本是一个地处汉口商业黄金宝地六渡桥的小门市部。1989年10月20日,“武汉市六渡桥百货集团股份有限公司”正式挂牌。第一次发行股票就募集到1250万元股金,
“Shareholding system” has become the most fashionable word and hot topic today. Joint-stock companies are springing up all over the country. However, the joint-stock system is not a cure for all kinds of diseases, and the “shares” of companies are spiritual. For this reason, we conducted a survey and research on the Wuhan-Mitsubishi Group, a business giant in South China. The Six hundred Group is a small market department located in Liudu Bridge, Hankou Commercial Gold Land. On October 20, 1989, Wuhan Liuduqiao Department Store Co., Ltd. was officially listed. The first issue of shares raised 12.5 million yuan of stock funds.
