随着以微信为代表的移动社交媒体的兴起,来华留学生也逐步加入到移动社交媒体的使用群体中,并从中获取社会支持,特别是在其进行跨文化适应阶段。文本将关注点聚焦于来华留学生对移动社交媒介(微信)的使用上,采用观察与访谈相结合的研究方法,以探索来华留学生从微信平台获取的社会支持情况,以帮助留学生群体能更好地进行跨文化适应,也为留学生管理部门管理公众号的日常管理提供参考。研究发现留学生移动社交媒介(微信)的社会支持主要体现在信息支持与情感支持两个方面,而不同社交圈带来的社会支持存在差异。
