亚中六、八呎车床的设计比较落后,装配的工艺性较差。床头箱采用英制(DP)齿轮,全部采用滑动轴承,给维修带来很大的不便。此类机床虽然陈旧,但在有些行业中还在使用,台数也不少,且其床身导轨及床头箱刚性较好,所以,经过合理地改装,还能充分发挥作用。鉴于这个原因,我们在大修中,对全厂十多台亚中车床进行了改装。经过使用,证明性能良好,切削力和精度都有较大的提高。图中虚线部分为未改装的部分;图中实线部分为改装过的部分。现将几个改装部分作如下介绍。(1)在不改变原有转速的前提下,把全部英制齿轮改变成模数齿轮,便于采用模数制的插、剃、珩、
