Objective To observe the effect of standardized management on the incidence of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods 100 newborns born in our department were selected and divided into A and B groups, 50 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine neonatal care. Group A set up early evaluation indexes and standardized the workflow, and observed the neonatal fetal meconium turning time, transcutaneous bilirubin value and pediatric rate in the two groups. Results A group of newborns with low transdermal bilirubin, jaundice early remission, neonatal meconium turn yellow early, turn pediatric treatment rate was lower, compared with the B group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Neonatal jaundice standardized management, early assessment and intervention can reduce neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.
