教材的优劣直接关系到人才培养的质量和高等教育的发展。为了提高电力教育教材质量和编辑业务管理水平,特别研究开发了电力出版编辑业务管理系统,该系统的功能旨在使编辑管好教材,部门管好编辑。
The quality of teaching materials is directly related to the quality of personnel training and the development of higher education. In order to improve the quality of teaching materials and edit the business management level of electric power, we specially researched and developed the business management system of power publishing and editing. The function of this system is to make the editors manage the materials and the departments manage the editors.
