一、备课讲求实效备课质量的高低是课堂教学成败的关键。学生是学习的主体,教师备课要充分了解学生的学情,结合学生实际备出最适合他们的课。了解学生并不难,难的是怎么让课堂教学更具有针对性,怎么让学生喜欢上这节课,怎么让学生学有所获,这就要求教师在教学目标上下工夫。我认为教学目标有两种:一种是长效目标。如,训练学生正确流利地朗读课文;培养学生查阅字词典解决生字新词
