近年来我们先后从云南、贵州、广西、陕西、江苏等地以及国外引进了816份品种资源,并分析测试了其中有代表性品种的具有重要保健功能的药用成分和微量元素含量,同时运用Co~(60)γ射线进行诱变育种。初步结果如下:1 .黑米的品种繁多,但品种间的重要药用成分强心甙及重要微量元素锗的含量差异很大。2.Co~(60)γ射线辐射选育出矮杆良种——“乌珍早3号”,其黑色种皮中,对癌症和心血管症有抑制作用的天然锗含量高达0.710 ug/g(二次重复,下同),而白米种皮(CK)仅为0.013 ug/g,中药补药枸杞子仅为0.090 ug/g,灵芝为0.560 ug/g。3.筛选出3个品种——“BC-15”、“BC-18”(古老的地方品种)及“BC-36”(矮杆品系)含有增强心脏功能的“强心甙”成分(定性未定量)。
