采用CT引导立体定向技术对241例脑深部病变行活检术。男153例,女88例。病变在鞍区44例,基底节43例,脑深部或脑主要功能区55例,第三脑室后部35例,颅内多发病灶28例,脑室内17例,小脑半球内13例,脑于内6例。病变累及范围直径1.0~8.5cm,平均3.5cm,实质性病灶多在2.0cm以内。活检总阳性率97.92%,肿瘤占受检例数的86.7%,无严重并发症与死亡,3例活检部位出血,出血率为1.24%。作者认为CT引导立体定向活检是明确脑内病变的一种可靠方法。
241 cases of deep brain lesions were treated with CT guided stereotactic technique. 153 males and 88 females. Lesions in the saddle in 44 cases, 43 cases of basal ganglia, deep brain or brain function area in 55 cases, the third ventricle in 35 cases, multiple intracranial lesions in 28 cases, 17 cases of intraventricular, 13 cases of cerebellar hemispheres, Within 6 cases. Lesions involving the range of diameter 1.0 ~ 8.5cm, an average of 3.5cm, more than 2.0cm in the substantive lesions. The total positive rate of biopsy was 97.92%. The tumor accounted for 86.7% of the cases tested. There were no serious complications and deaths. The bleeding rate was 1.24% in 3 biopsies. Authors believe that CT-guided stereotactic biopsy is a reliable method of identifying lesions in the brain.
