一、青年研究现状近十年来,随着我国青年问题及青年工作实践活动的丰富和发展,我国的青年研究进入了一个新的发展阶段,呈现出几个突出的特点:一是及时地反映出了青年对社会改革的思考、青年对传统文化的反思、青年思潮及青年价值观的变化等一系列思想发展轨迹;二是从生理、心理、社会、青年观念等不同的侧面对青年展开多角度的研究;三是对不同阶层、不同类别的青年进行了多层次的剖析。这些研究对社会认识青年、对共青团组织开展青年工作起到了一定的理论指导作用。但是,这一阶段的青年研究也存在着不足:一是以抽象的主观思维取代科学实证,采用“经院哲学”的思辩模式,搞玄学研究,囿于从书本到书本的概念堆砌、或空洞、华丽、夸夸其谈,或生涩、离奇、故弄玄虚;二是热衷于青年“本体论”的研究及“青年学”的内涵、外延诸多概念限定的争论、阐述,轻视实践,轻视应用研究,对现
