分析对比我国高校图书馆区域馆际互借的现状,对异构环境下区域馆际互借改革进行研究。针对以自动化管理取代手工管理的改革目标,制定运作模式和馆际互借流程,提出系统解决方案,包括系统结构、功能设计、技术难点与技术创新,认为异构环境下书目信息库的建立是系统实现的关键,并简述区域馆际互借系统在陕西高校图书馆的实践。
The author analyzes and compares the current situation of interlibrary loan in university library in our country, and studies the interlibrary loan reform under the heterogeneous environment. Aiming at the reform goal of replacing manual management with automatic management, the paper establishes a mode of operation and an interlibrary loan process, and proposes system solutions, including system structure, function design, technical difficulties and technological innovation. It is believed that the establishment of bibliographic information base in heterogeneous environment is The key of the system realization and briefly describes the practice of regional interlibrary loan system in Shaanxi university library.
