以异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、磺酸型聚酯二元醇(SPD205)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)和乙二胺(EDA)为原料,制备了磺酸型水性聚氨酯(SWPU)。然后用丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)对SWPU改性,得到了不含有机溶剂的磺酸型水性聚氨酯-聚丙烯酸酯(SWPUA)。利用透射电镜、粒径分布仪对乳液的胶束形态、粒径进行了表征;利用X射线衍射仪、热重分析仪、拉力试验机对胶膜的结晶度、热稳定性、力学性能进行了分析。结果表明:制备的SWPUA为核壳结构,胶膜的结晶度为3.76%,耐热性比SWPU提高了22℃。当SPD205含量为40%、n(NCO)/n(OH)为1.7时,乳液稳定期达到12个月,平均粒径为44.17nm。
With isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), sulfonic acid type polyester diol (SPD205), 1,4-butanediol (BDO), hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA) and ethylenediamine (EDA) , A sulfonic acid type aqueous polyurethane (SWPU) was prepared. Then SWPU was modified with butyl acrylate (BA) and methyl methacrylate (MMA) to obtain sulfonic acid type waterborne polyurethane-polyacrylate (SWPUA) without organic solvents. The micelle morphology and particle size of the emulsion were characterized by transmission electron microscopy and particle size distribution analyzer. The crystallinity, thermal stability and mechanical properties of the film were characterized by X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis and tensile testing machine analysis. The results showed that the prepared SWPUA was a core-shell structure with a crystallinity of 3.76% and a heat resistance of 22 ℃ higher than that of SWPU. When the SPD205 content was 40% and the n (NCO) / n (OH) was 1.7, the stability of the emulsion reached 12 months and the average particle size was 44.17 nm.
