以二水合乙酸锂和钛酸四丁酯为主要原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Li掺杂的TiO_2粉体,掺杂比例分别为x=0%、2%、4%、6%、8%。采用X射线衍射及扫描电镜测试样品的结构及形貌,结果表明:系列Ti_(1-x)Li_xO_2粉体呈纳米微球颗粒均匀分布,样品均主要表现为锐钛矿结构,随着Li掺杂浓度增加,粉体样品的金红石相逐渐增多,结晶度随着掺杂量增加而逐渐变好;用振动样品磁强计测试样品的磁特性,结果表明:系列粉体样品均表现为抗磁性,且随着掺杂量增加磁化率依次减小。分析结果表明系列Ti_(1-x)Li_xO_2粉体样品所呈现的抗磁性为其本征磁性。
Li doped lithium titanate powders were prepared by sol-gel method using lithium acetate dihydrate and tetrabutyl titanate as the main raw materials. The doping ratio of them were x = 0%, 2%, 4%, 6% 8%. The structure and morphology of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed that the series of Ti 1-x Li x TiO 2 powders were uniformly distributed on the microspheres and the samples mainly showed anatase structure. The miscellaneous concentration increased, the rutile phase of the powder samples increased gradually, and the crystallinity became better with the increase of the doping amount. The magnetic properties of the samples were tested by the vibrating sample magnetometer. The results showed that the powder samples showed diamagnetism , And the magnetic susceptibility decreases with the increase of doping amount. The analysis results show that the diamagnetic properties exhibited by the series of Ti_ (1-x) Li_xO_2 powders are their intrinsic magnetism.
