变化一直存在于人类社会的历史进程中,可以说没有变化就没有人类社会的发展,但变化有共时性与历时性之分,有当下的变化与过去的变化之别,我们今天说的这个新变化,是指当今发生的,是指不同于以往变化的“变化”。我们身处一个新的时代,这就要求我们对周围环境的变化要有清晰和明确的认识,只有搞清楚新变化的内涵,才能看清新变化的现象与本质,也才有可能看准变化的新趋势。
Change has always existed in the historical process of human society. We can say that there is no development of human society without change. However, there is a distinction between synchronicity and diachronic change. There is a difference between current changes and past changes.
