采用4×5 不完全双列杂交设计, 对4 个新陆中系列品种和5 个前苏联品种的配合力和遗传力进行了分析, 结果表明在新疆特定生态条件下, 单铃重、衣分、子指、绒长、比强度、伸长率的遗传力较高, 可在早代选择, 而其它6 个性状遗传力偏低, 宜在高代选择; 新陆中5 号在大多数性状上表现出较优的一般配合力效应, 是一个优良亲本; 新陆中5 号×安吉然16 在多数性状上表现出较优的特殊配合力, 可做为一个优良组合。
The 4 × 5 incomplete diallel crosses were used to analyze the combining ability and heritability of 4 new land-use cultivars and 5 former Soviet Union cultivars. The results showed that under the specific ecological conditions in Xinjiang, boll weight, , Sub-fingers, velvet length, specific strength and elongation of heritability higher, can be selected in the early generation, while the other six traits heritability low, should choose in the high generation; Xinluzhong 5 in most traits Which showed a good general combining ability effect and was an excellent parent. Xinluzhong 5 × Anjilan 16 showed better combining ability in most traits, which could be used as an excellent combination.
