为简化计划免疫程序,研制出基因工程乙肝-百白破(rHB-DTP)四联疫苗7批,经各项检定均能通过rHB-DTP四联疫苗制检规程的要求。四联疫苗中的4种抗原间无干扰作用;四联疫苗中DTP产生的抗体水平与单独DTP一致,乙肝抗-HBs明显高于单价苗的抗-HBs水平;37℃热稳定性试验表明,四联疫苗中的乙肝疫苗的稳定性良好。
In order to simplify the program immunization program, seven batches of genetically engineered hepatitis B-diphtheriae (rHB-DTP) quadruple vaccine were developed. All the tests were able to pass the rHB-DTP quadruple vaccine screening protocol. The four antigens in the quadruple vaccine did not interfere with each other. The antibody level of DTP in the quadruple vaccine was the same as the single DTP, and the anti-HBs of the hepatitis B was significantly higher than that of the monovalent vaccine. The thermostability test at 37 ℃ showed that, Hepatitis B vaccine in the quadruple vaccine has good stability.
