当前国家对于保护耕地出台了一系列的重要指示,提出了守住耕地红线的要求。耕地红线即包括耕地数量,同时也包括耕地质量,通过开展永久基本农田划定工作,有效的守住红线,确保粮食的安全。文中分析了新时期基本农田划定工作的特点,并进一步对基本农田划定的有效措施进行了具体阐述。
At present, the state has promulgated a series of important directives for the protection of arable land and put forward the requirement of keeping the red line of arable land. The red line of arable land includes the quantity of arable land and the quality of arable land. It also ensures the safety of food by carrying out permanent basic farmland delineation and effectively keeping the red line. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the basic farmland demarcation work in the new era and further elaborates the effective measures for delineating the basic farmland.
