近年来,随着康复医疗的快速发展,康复医疗档案在利用的性质、范围及权利等方面都发生了巨大变化。康复医疗档案由封闭走向开放,由少数人利用转变成公众利用,利用目的更加丰富,利用类型更加多样。康复医疗档案利用工作要适应新形势新要求与时俱进,积极采取相应的对策,以求得更大地发展,更好地为康复医疗提供优质的服务。一、当前康复医疗档案利用工作存在的不足
