本文对有关插齿刀计算机辅助设计的几个具体问题进行了探讨,并介绍作者开发的能在我国目前一般工厂所拥有的简单微型机硬件及软件系统条件下应用的直齿外插齿刀的CAD软件。使用该软件,可对插齿刀进行优化设计,给出全部设计计算参数,并自动给出可用于生产的插齿刀工作图。
In this paper, several specific problems related to computer aided design of gear shapers are discussed, and the author introduced the development of a straight-tooth external gear sharpener which can be applied under the conditions of simple microcomputer hardware and software owned by general factories in our country CAD software. With this software, the gear shaper can be optimally designed giving all the design calculation parameters and automatically generating the gear shaper work diagram that can be used for production.
