我院自1993年1月至1995年1月共收治新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）患儿56例，其中血钙降低并多脏器损害31例，现报告如下。临床资料一、一般资料根据1989年制定的HIE诊断及分度标准。56例中，轻度25例，中度20例，重度11例。对HIE中、重度31例患儿，采集窒息后3～48小时的血标本
Our hospital from January 1993 to January 1995 were treated 56 cases of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) in children, including decreased serum calcium and multiple organ damage in 31 cases, are as follows.
