研究农村教育综合改革实验的评价有重要的理论意义与现实意义。首先是理论探索与理沦验证的意义。通过评价体系(包括评价者、评价对象、评价目标、评价手段)的建立,检验农村教育综合改革实验体系的可行性,为创造具有中国特色的教育理论、教育发展模式积累经验。其次,是导向与激励的意义。由于各地基础不同,理论准备程度不同,管理水平不同,实验县之间会出现明显的目标差、水平差、效益差。通过评价,不但可以在宏观上控制农村教育改革的方向,而且可以使各实验县看到目标的达成度,了解相互间的差异,达到自我调节、扬长避短、激励进取的目的,从而为下一轮农村教育改革实验奠定基础。
The study of the comprehensive evaluation of rural education reform evaluation has important theoretical and practical significance. The first is the significance of theoretical exploration and theoretical proof. Through the establishment of evaluation system (including appraiser, appraisal object, appraisal target and appraisal method), this paper tests the feasibility of the experimental system of comprehensive reform of rural education and accumulates experience for the creation of education theory with Chinese characteristics and education development mode. Second, it is the meaning of orientation and motivation. Due to different bases, different theoretical preparation levels and different management levels, there are obvious differences between the experimental counties and the poor ones, and the benefits are poor. Through the evaluation, we can not only control the direction of rural education reform macroscopically, but also enable the experimental counties to see the degree of achievement of the goals, understand the differences among themselves, achieve the goal of self-regulation, avoidance of weaknesses, and encouragement for the next round Rural education reform experiment lays the foundation.
