近期,我们学校各教研组正在紧张有序地进行着关于高效课堂的大讨论,通过学习,我感觉收获不少,深感“两根粉笔一张嘴”的教学方式已经不再适合新的教育发展要求了,而当前提倡的高效课堂正是各学校所大力倡导的教学新模式。我认识到要实现地理高效课堂,就要努力做到:认真备课、用心上课、认真批改作业、耐心细致辅导、深刻反思和“狠心”抓落实。下面我就结合近期学习及个人教学实际,谈一谈自己在这方面的一些做法。
Recently, all the teaching and research groups in our school are conducting intense discussions on efficient classrooms in an intense and orderly manner. Through the study, I feel that I have gained a lot and I feel deeply that the teaching methods of “two chalk and one mouth” are no longer suitable for new education Development requirements, and the current promotion of efficient classroom is the school strongly advocated new model of teaching. I realized that in order to achieve a geographically efficient classroom, we must strive to accomplish this by earnestly preparing lessons, earnestly reviewing assignments, earnestly correcting assignments, and patiently and conscientiously counseling, profound reflection and “cruelty”. Now I will combine recent learning and personal teaching practice, to talk about some of their own practices in this regard.
