人力资源管理是现代企业生存与发展的基础。在现代媒介产业竞争日益激烈的环境中,只有不断改进和完善人力资源管理工作,想方设法采用更加有效的激励机制去激励员工,才能吸引人才,留住人才,才能使现代媒介产业兴旺发达。在对已有的媒介人力资源管理激励机制有所认知的基础上,通过对这些激励机制中存在问题的分析,从物质激励与精神激励相结合、人才与媒介共生共荣的股票期权制以及绩效考评等方面进行了一些相应的关于激励机制的思考,以期对这一问题获得更加清晰的认识。
Human resource management is the basis for the survival and development of modern enterprises. In the increasingly competitive environment of modern media industry, only by continuously improving and perfecting human resources management, finding ways to use more effective incentive mechanisms to motivate employees, attracting and retaining talents, can the modern media industry be thrived. Based on the cognition of the existing media human resource management incentive mechanism, through the analysis of the problems in these incentive mechanisms, the combination of material incentives and spiritual motivation, the stock option system in which talents and media coexist and prosperous, and Performance appraisal and so on some corresponding thinking on the incentive mechanism, in order to get a more clear understanding of this issue.
