研制的25W3Mo4Cr2V7Co5高初高硬高速钢的共晶碳化物尺寸平均为2~4μm,最大约为8μm;经最佳规范过饱和渗碳后碳化物尺寸平均为4~6μm,最大亦仅为10μm。热处理后的硬度可达HRC67~70,用该钢制造的车刀,其耐用度显著高于W18Cr4V钢。
The eutectic carbide size of the 25W3Mo4Cr2V7Co5 high initial high hardness hard steel developed on average was 2 ~ 4μm and the maximum was about 8μm. The average size of carbides was 4 ~ 6μm and the maximum was only 10μm after supersaturated carburization. Hardness after heat treatment up to HRC67 ~ 70, the lathe made of steel, the durability was significantly higher than the W18Cr4V steel.
