#本文报道磺胺类化合物在蒙脱石修饰碳糊电极上的伏安特性。循环伏安图显示,在0.01mol/LKCl-HCl(pH=2.0)溶液中,仅有氧化电流,是一类不可逆的电极过程。峰电位分别为:磺胺+1.01V,磺胺脒+0.93V,磺胺二甲嘧啶+0.99V。对这三种化合物的测定进行了研究,发现在KCl-HCl溶液中开路富集后,介质交换到0.01mol/L KCl中,用微分脉冲伏安法测定,峰电流与浓度的关系有较大的线性范围,检出限分别为2.30,1.10和0.67μg/ml。该电极有很强的抗干扰能力。用这一方法直接测定尿液中磺胺脒的残留量,效果良好。
# This article reports the voltammetric properties of sulfonamides on montmorillonite modified carbon paste electrodes. Cyclic voltammograms showed that in 0.01 mol / L KCl-HCl (pH = 2.0) solution, only the oxidation current is a kind of irreversible electrode process. Peak potentials were: Sulfa + 1.01V, Sulfamidine + 0.93V, Sulfamethazine + 0.99V. The determination of these three compounds was studied and found that after the KCl-HCl solution was enriched in an open circuit, the medium was exchanged to 0.01 mol / L KCl, and the peak current was strongly correlated with the concentration by differential pulse voltammetry The linear range of the detection limit were 2.30,1.10 and 0.67μg / ml.
