5月22日至23日,第二次中关战略经济对话在华盛顿举行,以国务院副总理吴仪为团长的中国代表团和以财政部长保尔森为团长的美国代表团就两国经济关系中存在的重大问题展开磋商。闭幕时双方表示,中美在金融服务业、清洁能源、环境和民航业的未来合作发展方面,已经达成进一步共识,但在人民币升值和美放松对华高科技出口等议题上仍存在分歧。
From May 22 to 23, the second China-Venezuela Strategic Economic Dialogue was held in Washington. The Chinese delegation led by Vice Premier Wu Yi and the U.S. delegation led by Treasury Secretary Paulson gave talks on the economic situation of the two countries. The major issues that exist in the relations should be consulted. At the conclusion of the talks, both sides said that China and the United States have reached further consensus on the future cooperation and development in the financial services, clean energy, environment and civil aviation industries. However, there are still differences on the issue of RMB appreciation and the relaxation of US high-tech exports to the United States.
